The ambiance. Art is everywhere! Kid friendly with stuff toys all over the living room. Homely. The onsen was cool. The room, small as it was, had everything, closet, sink, mini fridge, heater, a small table and 2 chairs. I loved the onsen! That was a plus. The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. I left my charger and went back after 5 hrs and the lady went to get it for me. I asked if I could charge my phone and she said to go ahead and take my time. I stayed for almost 2 hours. Sometime in between, same lady ( didn't ger her name, my bad. But she speaks english very well and maybe she was the owner, too as well as the receptionist) came and gave me cookies which were very delicious that I asked where she got it from. I went to Aoki store and bought 5 bags of the cookies. :)

Air-conditioning works very well, there are onsens for public use by guests, Its big lobby / hall at the reception area is so impressive. Guests can enjoy time there.

Onsen and breakfast both really good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet and peaceful location. Room 205 had a beautiful view out over the mountains
